Who is Dr. Anna Rogova?
Anna Rogova was born on March 19, 1989, in Tashkent, into a family of scientists. Her father and grandfather both held PhDs in Biological Sciences, authored multiple patents, and pioneered research at Tashkent State University — an environment that shaped Anna’s early interest in science and innovation.
From childhood, Anna combined academic curiosity with business drive. At the age of five, her parents enrolled her in English preparatory courses, laying the foundation for her fluency. At seven, she joined the family business, gaining early skills in sales, procurement, and client relations. Since the age of ten, she has been traveling internationally and to date has visited more than 25 countries, building intercultural experience and a truly global outlook.
Since 1994, she lived in Belgorod, Russia, where between 2008 and 2025 she built a personal client base that included entrepreneurs, government representatives, and regional leaders — establishing herself as a trusted partner in business and negotiations.
Her career later expanded internationally:
· PhD program in Germany (University of Hohenheim, Erasmus Mundus, 2015), International Business Program in UK (Oxford Ruskin College, 2014), Business English program in Ireland (Emerald College, 2012–2013).
· 20+ years in international sales and business development.
· 10+ years in international cooperation, with trusted ties to ministries, corporations, and universities across Africa, Asia, Latin America, China, India, and the Middle East.
· Leadership of flagship projects of State Corporation “Rosatom” – Recruiting Foreign Students (2024), internships in China, BRICS+ innovation initiatives, and multilingual media platforms.
